This crew of three serves cheesesteaks and loaded fries out of a cool little food truck in the neighborhood of Timp in Provo, in the parking lot next to a Juice 'n Java. It's a simple menu, and super delicious. We were not disappointed in anything but the wind that almost blew our plates away. We both ordered the classic in a meal. DUDE. BRO. THEIR FRY SAUCE IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST FRY SAUCE I'VE EVER EATEN. Their cheesesteaks are truly Philly style. There are a lot of places that claim to be Philly style, but these honestly measured up. The way the gooey cheese held the steak, onions, and peppers together, and how all the flavors mixed and danced around in my mouth... ahhhh. Chefs kiss. The fries were hot and fresh, and paired fabulously with the fry sauce! We not only enjoyed the food, but also talking to them and learning a little about their story and finding some awesome commonalities. They really create a fun and welcoming environment! They have repeat customers any time we're in town, for sure!!! ”
